Infrared Sauna: Our sauna will utilize the latest technology to provide a comfortable and therapeutic experience. It will offer various heat settings penetrating the body from the inside, out. Our Sunlighten Sauna also contains chromotherapy lighting to enhance your bodies energy including physical, emotional, mental and spiritual healing. Our Sauna provides three different wave lengths, Red/Near, Mid, and Far, all providing different benefits including: weight loss, relaxation, heart health, anti aging, detoxification, immunity, muscle recovery and sleep.
Cold Plunge: The cold plunge will provide a refreshing and invigorating experience. It will help increase circulation, reduce inflammation, and promote muscle recovery as well as providing daily benefits for our mind, mood, and body. The plunge pool can be maintained at a controlled temperature as low as 37°F to ensure safety and effectiveness.
Compression Sleeves: The compression sleeve boots will offer dynamic compression therapy to improve circulation, reduce muscle soreness, and enhance recovery. Members can enjoy the benefits of pneumatic compression in a comfortable and relaxing setting.
Massage Therapy: Available by appointment, our skilled massage therapist provides personalized sessions to alleviate stress, relieve muscular tension, and promote deep relaxation.
